The Alexander Technique is a simple but profound approach to developing better attention to movement and presence. It is unversially applicable and can be interesting and useful to anyone. This workshop will be an introduction to the Alexander Technique. It will include an explanation of some of the key concepts and ideas, group practice, personal exploration, one – to – one attention and an opportunity for feedback, discussion and questions.
The class will run from 10.30am – 3.30pm on Sat 2nd March.
