A groom-to-be and his brother appeared at a special court sitting over the weekend after two gardai received injuries during an incident in Carrick-on-Shannon.
The two men from Enniskillen were in the town for the groom’s stag party when an incident is reported to have happened at the Town Clock on Main Street on Friday night.
Two gardai received injuries in the incident and one of them is now off duty as a result.
Both men were arrested and appeared before a special sitting of Carrick-on-Shannon District Court on Saturday afternoon.
They were released on bail to appear before Carrick-on-Shannon District Court on the 16th of next month.
